Terms of Use
The Creator Vocabulary. Effective July 22, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of The Creator Vocabulary (“TCV”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
TCV is an educational reference tool for creators — a searchable dictionary of creative terms, gear, techniques, settings, workflows, and scenarios, with an optional paid tier (“TCV Pro”) that adds deeper explanations and organization tools. TCV is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not professional advice.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and that you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
3. TCV Pro subscriptions & purchases
- TCV Pro is offered as an auto‑renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or as a one‑time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto‑renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
- The lifetime option is a one‑time, non‑recurring purchase that unlocks Pro on your account.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and over time. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from the app’s content in bulk, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
5. Content & intellectual property
The app, its design, and its dictionary content are owned by LOVEMYVICES and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for your own creative work. Notes and collections you create are yours; you grant us a limited license to store and display them to you as part of providing the service.
6. Disclaimers
The app and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep the reference accurate and useful, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error‑free, and it should not be relied upon as professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCV and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
